The Spirit of 76 BBQ picnic is set for August 25th, 11 am to 3 pm, at Hap Magee Ranch Park! The picnic is sponsored by the Democratic Party of Contra Costa County and the Contra Costa Central Labor Council. Jerry McNerney, Ellen Tauscher and George Miller are scheduled to attend. Tickets are $35 per person, $30 for seniors or students, and $70 per family.   Check www.contracostadems.org - Spirit of 76 tab- for more details.
